Craig Mears - P.G.A AAA rated Head Professional
Craig has been involved with Dubbo Golf Club for more than 13 years. After serving as assistant professional for 7 years he took on the position in 2006 as head professional. The owner and founder of Central West Golf Centre Craig has extensive knowledge in the game. This being evident as he was voted 2011 N.S.W Club Professional of the Year.
Craig has been a member of the Australian PGA since 1993 and he possesses thorough knowledge in club fitting, tuition, repairs and corporate golf organisation. A master fitter for companies Titleist, PING, Taylormade, Callaway and Mizuno Craig has all the knowledge to fit your golf clubs to suit your needs. Craig conducts lessons on a daily basis teaching juniors through to all ages with some of his pupils now competing in Canada and USA.

Daniel Harper - P.G.A 1st year Trainee
Daniel has been working at Central West Golf Centre for 1 ½ years. A former junior club champion Daniel has always had a goal to become a golf professional. Winning the Dubbo Golf Club match play championship in 2011 and finishing 2nd in the Club Championship, Daniel took the step towards his goal and enrolled for a possible PGA Traineeship. His acceptance by the NSW PGA was outstanding and his traineeship has begun. Daniel has extensive knowledge in the game, including golf tuition, custom club fitting and shop sales.
Andrew Page - Shop Assistant
Completing his HSC in 2011 Andrew joined the Central West Golf Centre team shortly after. Playing off a handicap of 4 Andrew is an extremely fine player with aspirations to further his career in golf. His understanding of the game and the pro shop is outstanding with his customer service being a true asset to the pro shop. Andrew is currently competing in several amateur events around the state including Vardon events in Sydney and surrounds. His goal is to improve his playing abilities whilst continuing to provide great customer services to members and visitors.
Dayne Gardiner - Shop Assistant
The current Dubbo Golf Club Junior Champion and Western District Junior captain, Dayne has been involved with Central West Golf Centre for 2 years. Playing off a handicap of 3 and only 16 years of age, Dayne is a promising young player of the future. He is currently part of the Western Region Academy of Sport and he aspires to compete in many junior events around the state. With a goal to lower his handicap to scratch at the end of the year he is determined and driven to succeed. Dayne is a great asset to Central West Golf Centre and Dubbo Golf Club with his professional manner in the pro shop to all players who greet him.
